Salt Lounge

Our salt room services provide benefits for people of all ages, ranging from infants to the elderly.

Rest or  meditate in the Salt Lounge while experiencing the benefits of halo therapy for 45 minutes. You will find comfort in one of our 8 lounge chairs as you settle in to the Salt Lounge. Choose to elevate your feet on a foot rest or nestle your toes in the warm himalayan salt beneath you. This is your excuse to disconnect from all technology during your sessions as phones and devices are safely stored in your personal storage locker outside the lounge. Do you tend to get restless? We've got your covered! Before your session, ask our front desk staff for a guided meditation or breathing techniques to feel at ease by the end of your session.


Kids Salt Room

We have  a salt room designed just for your little ones. If your child suffers from allergies respiratory infections, or frequent colds, bring your kids in for 45 minute session as part of their wellness routine. Our kid-friendly space is fully stocked with toys to keep your kids entertained. 

Children must be 24 hrs without a fever or acute state of cough before entering the kid's room.

Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult (adult is included in price).

Allow yourself to drift into deep relaxation and receive a 45-minute Halotherapy treatment on a warm bed of Himalayan Salt. This bed helps pull inflammation and toxins from the body while opening up your airways for improved breathing. The state-of-the-art Salt Bed includes built in light therapy which cycles through a full light spectrum that mimics the effect of sunlight without harmful UV rays. Light therapy has been shown to improve the effects of depression (including seasonal effective disorder), insomnia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and dementia. Option to receive Reiki Energy Healing on the Salt Bed.

Short on time? Try an express Halotherapy treatment in your own private Salt Booth for 20 minutes. You will receive a comparable Halotherapy treatment in half the time. Our booth has bluetooth so you can listen to your own music if you'd prefer. The booth also provides light therapy; gently exposing your body to every spectrum of light found in the sun. This helps to allow the mind and the body to relax even deeper while receiving the respiratory benefits of Halotherapy.


One-on-one Assisted Stretch

Why stretch?

How is this different from attending a yoga class or stretching on my own?

  • The Practitioner will stabilize, isolate, and manipulate muscles to safely position each stretch for maximum benefits.

  • Usage of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) to increase flexibility in muscles and help create space in joints.

  • The therapist will control the depth and cadence of the stretch for optimal results.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Reiki is a safe, gentle and deeply relaxing non-intrusive hands on healing technique, it supports and accelerates the body’s own natural ability to heal, helping alleviate pain and relieving other disease like symptoms while cleansing the body of toxins.
