Late & Cancellation Policy

As we’ve transitioned through COVID-19, we are requesting reservations for all appointments and classes so we can manage capacity constraints and minimize traffic within our facility. We appreciate your cooperation as we enforce our Late/Cancellation Policy for all services effective May 1, 2021. Thank you for understanding and we’re grateful to continuing serving our community safely.

Services Included In This Policy

*Halotherapy Services
(includes Kids Salt Room, Salt Lounge, Salt Booth, Salt Bed, & Private Practitioner Services)

**Classes
(includes yoga or any other class taking place in our Salty Yoga Room. Excludes virtual classes.)

CANCELLING YOGA CLASSES

Late Cancelation is a class canceled within 2 hours of the class start time. We will be enforcing this policy for our weekend classes as of June 1, 2023. We understand sometimes an unexpected absence can occur, but every class that is late cancellation or a no show is subject to a $5 late cancel fee.

CANCELLING PRACTITIONERS

There are no refunds for practitioners. You must cancel 2 hrs prior to appointment and reschedule with the practitioner. No shows will result in loss of refund/service.

CANCELLATION OF HALOTHERAPY ROOMS

We require cancellation 8 hrs prior to your halotherapy appointment. The halotherapy rooms can get very busy and people are often waiting for a certain times.

CANCELLING MEMBERSHIPS

It is the responsibility of the client to cancel AutoPay Memberships. AutoPay will continue indefinitely until canceled. Once the minimum contract term has been met, kindly give us at least 14 days notice via email when processing a cancellation. Send cancellation requests to breatheyogasalt@gmail.com. Suspension requests can be made 14 days in advance as well for vacation or medical recovery.

Full Refund More Than 48hrs In Advance (includes in-studio and virtual workshops)
Registration cancellation will only be accepted via email at BreatheYogaSalt@gmail.com. Full refund will be given to the payment method on file for the full amount of registration as long as it is canceled 48 hours or more prior to the start of the Workshop/Event. No refund or account credit whatsoever will be given for any cancellation 48 hours or less prior to the workshop or event.
